Just because 75 percent of our Parliment are trying to block democrocy.......

Joey the balance in Parliament is pretty much identical to the split of Leave/Remain amongst educated people in the UK.

But the whole idea of Brexit is to give more power to Westminster isn't it? But now you're not happy as it's not doing what you want. They all voted to implement Article 50 they are now just trying to work out the best way forward. What's wrong with that?

Amber Rudd another MP ignoring her continuants.......

Have you heard of Kate Hoey? She is the worst of the worst.

She represents a London constituency that was massively Remain. She also spouts on about Northern Ireland as she was born there even though NI voted hugely to Remain. And with the idea of a possible Hard Brexit being discussed the vote in NI would be even higher Remain.

I’ve just read @BigBlueNose posts in another thread and was struck by the use of ellipsis

Obviously BBN is a Brexiteer and we know joey loves them

Then looking I saw pete liberally (no offence ) enjoyed their use

And whilst looking could see that Holliday who seems to be not a huge fan of a federated Europe was also unboard with them.

Old blue 2 doesn’t seem shy in their use

So genuinely is there some kind of link between the use of ellipsis and Brexit because I don’t see that many on this board but those that are used seem to be big Brexit supporters , am I falling into confirmation bias or is something going on here ?

I’m also disappointed that it seems I’m not the first one to notice this

I don’t use ellipses, consisting of three full stops.....I just use full stops.....

Kate Hoey does not sit in the cabinet with a slender majority.......

Great stuff Pete hope you serve UK ale - in fact my nephew had ago at his Mum and Dad as weatherspoons had stopped serving his favourite German alelol
It was there fault for voting Brexit lol

You wouldn’t believe how busy I’ve been. But now it’s done I’m really enjoying my visits to the pub. I mean I always did before anyway, but now that I get to chose what beer we sell it seems more personal......

Hang on you're misinterpreting what I am saying.

Kate Hoey is the leading Leave voice on the Labour side. But she's the biggest breaker of your golden rule suggesting MPs adopt their constituency's leanings.

Then you've the DUP who are not only advocating a Hard Brexit but propping up the government in implementing this shambles - and they are supposedly the voice of Northern Ireland.

Yet Joey you never mention the above when castigating parliament for going against the supposed wishes of the people?
