These type of deals can go to the last week, last day, last hour.

We should have held our nerve all the way through, the EU have been impossible to deal with, I will give May that, but once they started blocking every attempt at compromises she should have said we can't do a deal on these terms, it will have to be WTO rules and no deal, and let them stew on it.

You are making the assumption that this Government could negotiate though, as well as a much larger assumption that no deal would ever be plausible (especially when they know half the country did not want to leave).

I don't know why so many are afraid of a no deal, couple of months to implement new systems for goods, everything will be worked out.

We have a 90bn trade deficit with the EU, it is in their best interests to make sure trade flows quickly, they gain more from it than us.

You’d have been better off stopping after the first three words of your post.
Yeah ok, I think there is a lot of false fear surrounding a no deal perpetuated by those who have vested interests to keep us in the EU, countries trade all over the world we no deals in place, how did we possibly survive before we joined the EU, must have been a miracle.

Have you ever visited the 1960s?

Do you know how many countries trade with just WTO rules mate by any chance? Particularly those who would be relying on WTO rules with their closest trading partners?

She's definitely giving Junker a rolicking in that

"The WTO oversees a system of trade rules for its 164-member countries, which together account for no less than 98 per cent of all global trade".

It was announced this morning that British travellers will have to pay €7 for a three year US-style pre-travel authorisation to visit the European Union after Brexit, provided the UK seals a divorce agreement with the bloc. This will substitute the need for a visa.

In the event of a no deal scenario, it is likely that British travellers to the EU and other Schengen zone countries will require a visa.

Seems it's the EU that's 'taking back control' of its borders, not the UK.
