Why would the EU bend over backwards to help us? We have just shat on them massively. Our departure will be clearly on their terms, regardless of our contribution in the past. It has to be extremely harsh on us to avoid contagion.

Can the EU suceed without the UK? Id say so.
Will it survive if they allow other nations to leave? And there is your answer leave voters. Thanks for what you have done.
Money talks and they need it.

There was so much nonsense from both sides it's hard to work out what on earth was true and what was nonsense.

What happens next is completely up In the air. Those idiots who voted out to get rid of Muslims are going to be disappointed.

The older generation don't want to pay for others to get what they received though. They all got free higher education, easily affordable private and council housing, and much more job security than this generation will get.

I agree with the second sentence but not the first. The older generation didn't ask for those aspects to be made harder and are already running the Bank of Mum and Dad to plug the shortfalls.

Tbf I don't have anything nice to say to outers, you've literally voted people out of their jobs. My own job is likely to be put at risk.

The city of Liverpool would likely look much more like it did in 1991 than it does now without EU investment - don't forget, some Tories wanted a managed decline and abandonment.

I'm in Southend-on-Sea at present and have been chatting to some of the locals, all 'outers' thus far, and they don't have a clue. First bloke I spoke to said he would have voted to remain if he had realised that buying his Euros would be more expensive!

Absolute belters.

lollollol

Aside from the lookalike 'gag', the utter state of that shirt. Siding with that would make me throw up in my own mouth and make no mistake they are the ones who've taken this over the line.

Great post mate. Very worrying, not all outers are like that though, but I fear a sizeable chunk have carried it over the line, with only a pipe dream of ending migration as their reason for doing so.

Ok ask Day boy when World War three is going to start as you only have 3 months 7 weeks will be a holiday recess for parliament by the way as he is going to resign!
Will he forgo is PM life pension like Gordon Brown did???
I don't know, what is it you're saying?

They voted for governments that brought that about, though. That they now have to stump up money to cover it should really convince most of them not to do so again.
