No future imo?..
No future for electric cars? lol

As it happens I viewed the prototype of a major manufacturers completely new all electric car only this week. It’s going into production late next year and they’ll be on the road in the U.K. early 2020. Range of between 250-400 miles depending on which battery size you order. Wrong subject to challenge me on Joey.....

These EU officials are desperate to keep Britain in, underhand tactics galore, veiled threats etc. Why on earth normal people are desperate to keep these non elected bureaucrats Sucking out hundreds of millions for their own gains baffles me. Are any of you Remainers happy to see that drunkard Juncker having influence in our country?

Sucking out millions for their own gains? Explain how that works?

Remaining in the EU wasn’t based on a great affection for the institution, it needs reform, no doubt. However the weight of reasons for staying as part of it and driving change from within made it the more pragmatic decision. The picture painted for why we should Leave was always based on fantasy and lies imo, and they gave no tangible credible benefits for leaving. It was emotive claptrap.

Have you checked their pensions and expenses! You’d be surprised at the amounts taken. Have you also seen the movement of papers from Brussels and Strasbourg costing £160 million a year in admin and transport!!

You obviously have little idea how it all works, and hate the EU more than you care about the future of the UK. Many would find that equally baffling.

Well aware that they are quite adept at wasting money. Pretty sure most public sector agencies and Governments do as well.

Just a weird basis to take such a gamble that leaving one set of waste for another will be so great.

If you say so then. Love your pompous assumption of my knowledge. Look into it properly rather than just being another minion who takes the establishments word on everything.

Fade away lol

The manufacturer in question is launching an entire range of EVs , hydrogen cell vehicles aren’t going anywhere in comparison due to the massive disparity in efficiency.

Pal of mine was telling me about that, must be 15 years ago. EC were in their infancy, like being laughed at on Top Gear levels of performance, and I asked him why the hydro thing wouldnt work better. He talked about the efficiency problem, and by the time the technology was good enough to solve the problem, EC would be way ahead anyrate, so all the R&D went that way.

Sommet like that, but was a while ago.
