So, you agree we havnt a clue how it will end up then.

But we will be out of the EU as a "bonus"

Just brilliant thinking.

The euro will be the first implosion, followed by the EU. I reckon about 10- 15 years, so yes, it is a bonus. We will still be hit by the fall-out but not as much as if we were still in. There's an interesting question, do you think we should be in the euro?

What frightens you about leaving the EU.......

Please dont take this personally, but the rabid rantings of the likes on the Brexit fringe that simply terrify me.

Lob in the political games, the economic uncertainty, the likely fun and games the EU will deploy, the fact that asa trading nations, UK Lite is smaller than the EU.

Whats not to like?

No you didn’t. Remember, there would not be an EU Army, there would not be financial and tax harmonisation, there would not be political union, there would not be monetary union......yet all these things are going through as we type........
no Pete, there is no EU Army or tax harmonization and wouldnt be with out several members holding referendums.
What you're saying is simply not true

so, going by your posts from yesterday and today, in the next 10 to 15 years, the EU will become a super state led by a totalitarian dictator, then it will collapse?
come on lads.

Rabid rantings happen all the time on both sides, political games and economic uncertainty similar. The fun and games that the EU are currently employing and will no doubt employ in the future are no cause for concern, we will be their biggest trading partner whether they like it or not. The U.K. is smaller than the EU, that is true, but we will also be a much easier to do business with nation than the EU.

I know this is a matter of confidence, and I know many people want to keep with what they know, but the U.K. has a once in a lifetime chance to cut free and get out and do business, while still having the EU as either a free trading partner or a WTO trading partner. The EU business will not go away, because they like selling into our market. Germany especially would suffer if there was any interruption to trade with the U.K. ......

The EU Army has taken its first steps, the EU has already started discussions on tax harmonisation and has stated that all EU nations should be in the Eurozone. This is all fact......
Talk about an EU Army and tax harmonization is different to it 'going through' as you stated. Ireland have made it clear that both these scenarios would require a referendum as they would mean a change in the constitution. Other member states are in the same situation.
So, no, a European Army or Tax harmonization are not going through.

Not like you to completely ignore the actual point and post a meaningless soundbite Joey....

What did you ‘win’ exactly mate? As 2 years on and I’ve yet to see or hear anything that tangibly represents any form of ‘win’ being delivered.

All these bumper new and improved trade deals we were going to have lined up for the minute we officially leave, as they were going to be a complete piece of piss apparently, according to Davis et al. Where are they then? Not heard much....

What else is there on the Brexit win pile?
Article 50 signed watched the darkest hour last night - reminded me on what a great prime minister would have been like if Winston how he would have handled the EU now.....
No messing from him take it or leave it
As corporal Jones used to say-
"They don't like it up them"lol
