We are still not voting for a PM. We are voting for MPs. This was shown in the last election when the Tories needed the DUP. I’m not saying it’s less clear than te EU but you’re the one complaining that we don’t directly vote for Juncker yet using a position we don’t directly vote for as proof it’s better.
not to mention the house of lords or the queen.

Meanwhile, Russia has deployed a military nerve agent on the streets of the U.K. and Juncker has sent Putin a lovely note congratulating him on his election victory.....

Against a Russian national. It's them being cheeky bar stewards (and you might say typically Russian). It's not an act of war on Britain.

Seriously though Pete, what do you want Juncker to do? If the EU develop an army you accuse them of undemocratic over-reach. If they don't have any collective armed force you accuse them of being weak. It sounds like you just want to accuse the EU regardless of what they do.

As has Trump, the US president and largest contributor to NATO. Maybe neither of them don't believe 'the Russians did it' bull.

That Russian National is now a British National. The policeman was British. So is it Ok for us to release nerve agents on the streets of Moscow, obviously not as an act of war.......Juncker should have kept his mouth shut, as you keep saying he is merely the head of an EU civil service, someone should tell him.... I don’t expect any form of support for the U.K. in this from the EU or it’s member countries, let’s just move on and forget about it, unless of course it were to happen in France or Germany......

Just a minute, try answering the question, how do we vote Juncker out......

Vote for MEPs who vote on the election of the President. Were you completely unaware of that? Or are you being disingenuous?

And highlighting your double standard isn't a tacit support of Juncker

Just answer the question, who can you and I vote for that will remove Juncker, we can remove May or any PM , but who can you vote for that will remove Juncker, just tell me.....

It might upset Joey but it took 2 seconds to google this.
"On 27 June 2014, the European Council officially nominated Juncker for the position, and on 15 July 2014, the European Parliament elected him with a majority of 422 votes from a total of 729 cast. He succeeded José Manuel Barroso as President on 1 November 2014."
You vote for the MEPs.
If you want him out, vote for an MEP that's not alligned with his party.

Excellent, you have won, you must be happy. I’m pleased that you are happy that the EU hasn’t given in on anything......we are still leaving though.....

Let’s compare what has been said will happen. To our current finishing position:

1. We'll no longer be paying any fees. We'll be paying £40BN over many years, and more than likely more for additional access.

2. We will leave the EU & CU-SM on 29 March 2019. We'll still be in the CU-SM until Dec 2020, but with no say in EU institutions.

3. We'll take back control of our fisheries. We won't take back control of our fisheries/waters until at least Dec 2020, if ever!

4. Free movement of workers will end. FoM will continue until at least Dec 2020, and indefinitely for family members.

5. The ECJ will have no jurisdiction. ECJ jurisdiction will continue until at least Dec 2020 and possibly indefinitely

6. The trade deal will be completed by March 2019. The trade deal will be negotiated during the transition period.

7. There'll be a 2 year implementation period. The implementation period will start in 2021, i.e. after the transition period.

8. There'll be no hard customs borders between UK+EU, incl. NI+ROI. With FTA, there'll be customs borders & duties between EU+UK, and a fallback solution to keep NI in CU-SM.

9. We'll get a deal on financial services, agencies & programmes. We'll lose our banking passport, there's no 3rd-party/associate membership of agencies, we’ll need to pay for programmes

10. We'll be able to negotiate and implement new trade deals. We'll lose all our current trade deals, needing to renegotiate them from scratch, but won't be able to implement any until 2021

And what is your point, that the date is the end of 2020/ beginning of 2021.....I voted Leave and I’m happy with that. You seem to be unhappy about the dates yet voted Remain......I’m also happy with the £40Bn etc.....

Depends how you look at democracy, the best way of removing may would be to vote for corbyn, but what if you dont want corbyn either?

i suppose i have digressed a bit here....

No you haven’t. If you don’t want May, vote for someone else. Now apply anything similar for Juncker and it doesn’t work, we cannot vote him out and we didn’t vote him in......
