Take a look at @TomEvansEcho's Tweet:

Airbus to review UK operations. Broughton alone employs 6000 people, not to mention probably same again in the supply chain and already lost wing work to China and Korea. Dark future ahead.

Less competition for jobs. Less competition for housing. Housing prices likely to reduce so that young people may actually be able to stop renting one day.

I'm expecting to complete a purchase on my first house next week and even so - hope this is true.

Its incredibly difficult, near impossible for young people to buy a house here. I hope housing becomes more affordable...

Just watched the local (European) news and it was interesting to see the disconnect:

Boris: We'll need a few months to get a new leadership and some ideas together
Nigel: Well, we didn't really mean what we said.
European politicians: We told you what we thought. You voted out anyway. We may be sad about it but now get started and don't let the door hit you as you go.

It ultimately came down to immigration really didn't it? Most people interviewed on the street for BBC and Granada news mention rising immigration as their reason for leaving.

Theres many EU immigrants doing jobs in this country that the local English population simply won't do. All very well saying up the wages, but if the business model doesn't allow for that, then it simply won't happen.

As has been repeatedly argued, immigration isn't the problem - uncontrolled immigration is the problem.

It's just be reported on the BBC that Boston has the largest percentage of immigrants in the country, mostly European. Boston also had the highest percentage of leave votes in the country. That's not a coincidence. Boston has the highest murder rate in the UK per 100,000 residents. So to the people of Boston, it clearly is a huge factor.

Immigration is an issue, but more so in certain areas. Peoples concerns have long been ignored so it has come to this.

Again, tip of the iceberg. Any large company with meaningful ambition to grow will be looking to alternative countries now.

I'm not sure where they say they will pack up and leave, I read it as the opposite.

And yet the vote will have no meaningful impact on immigration whatsoever; so what was the point?

On August 9, 1965, Singapore was unceremoniously ejected from its union with Malaysia and left with a tattered economy and an uncertain future. The picture shows the then president Lee Kwan Yew crying on national television when announcing the results of his discussions with the Malaysian government. Although the situation in the UK is different, many of us (especially the youth) are feeling similar thoughts of despair. But there is hope. After this historical event in Singapore, LKY led his racially divided island to become one of the worlds economic powerhouses and most thriving trade ports. My point is that with all the doom and gloom surrounding this referendum, a bright future awaits us if only we are prepared to fight for it.
