How many polls do you have untill the Remoaners are satisfied?
It's the EU intrangegence that's making Brexit hard it's the greed of the EU - if you left a club would you still want to pay fees for pensions of the organisation you have left?
Why should the EU pay for the pensions of our MEP's and UK staff based in Brussels?

We should pay our share of all of those liabilities, and seek to contra off some of it with our share of unspent cash reserves.

If we want a good trade deal then we're going to have to agree an amicable agreement on the liabilities, it's simply common sense.

Seeing as this poll was advisory, surely the democratic thing to do is have a vote on whether the final deal/outcome is satisfactory to press on with.

And while I voted remain I do not wish to appear patronising to those who voted leave, this is a quote from the man charged with sorting this mess out; "If a democracy cannot change its mind, it ceases to be a democracy." David Davis (Brexit Secretary).

Don’t fume by the way, it’s simply my opinion just as you have yours. Stay civil and chilled and that.

A further vote on the final deal would remove any doubt over the 'will of the people' As the people would have something tangible to make a considered decision on, as opposed to some undefined utopia that was sold to them by the Brexiteers. If the public think the deal is in their best interests then we crack on and there can be no argument.

So you leave your employer and in the real world your pension is frozen, and you get another job you can merge it with the frozen pension no way do you expect the employer you have left to pay you full compensation for the entire pension - are they going to pay us for all the buildings two parliaments we helped to build? = NO
If you were a member of a golf club and left would you expect to pay compensation for life =NO
I agree we should pay what we owe and thats it - end of
Also the staff pay a basic rate of tax at 8 % will they pay our rate back please?????????
One thing about UKIP and I do not vote for them is they were turkeys waiting to vote for Christmas as they admit being an MEP is a cushy number! see link below -

I see Juncker has opened his mouth again......

“They have to pay, they have to pay. Not in an impossible way, I’m not in a revenge mood, I’m not hating the British. The Europeans have to be grateful for so many things Britain has brought to Europe during war, after war, before war, everywhere and every time, but now they have to pay."

Nice to see he at least acknowledges the fact that twice the U.K. has bankrupted itself saving Europe, but now he just wants more money. At this stage I wouldn’t pay them a single Euro......

I don’t think we have any problem with paying and providing for future U.K. pension provision liabilities, calculated up to the point at which we leave......

No it won’t. If Leave win again, the remoaners will still campaign to overturn the result, but with a new excuse......”you didn’t fully understand the agreement, the question didn’t ask this or that, you were lied to, it’ll start WW3 etc etc”.......

Garbage that imo. If the vote went to accept the deal, then that ends it.

As the populous have reaffirmed their decision with a clear picture of what the consequences are, I'd have no issue with accepting the outcome.

However, we both know the outcome would be to skip it, which is why brexiteers won't even countenance the idea of any further democracy on the issue........

The vote to remain or leave was supposed to end it. If Remain had won, and then the EU declared an EU Army, common tax proposals, Finance minister, widening of the Euro etc etc as they have already done, would the Leave voters be allowed to demand a second vote, No.........and for what it’s worth, I believe the vote would be even more in favour of leaving, but we will never know.......

I said in a previous page that it's all about money to them now. We are gradually seeing what's behind the mask. And some believe it is still the right thing to be part of that organisation...

Money is power. They like to spend it and be seen to be giving it to EU countries as if it were a free present, it’s what most EU supporters just don’t understand, it’s a bribe, a bribe with our own money....

"What's behind the mask..."

Unbelievable.

This has been their position from the very start. It's a completely reasonable one. It's your problem if you deluded yourself into thinking it was a bluff.

They are protecting their interests and have the leverage and necessity required to do so. There is nothing new, nothing surprising here. All that is happening is lie after lie of the Brexit Utopia from the Farages of this world are crumbling down all over the place.
