Great aint it?
Cant wait till we can make all our rules and that. And that controlled borders lark will be a thing of beauty too, cant wait.
This plus automation is deeply concerning for employment

Perhaps someone should tell them then, cos at the moment, they dont seem that arsed.
Isn't about 50% of our trade with the EU and about 5% of theirs is with us? Wouldn't that indicate we would be far more effected by having no deal?
I get your point about the surplus but I think you are ignoring the point above which is more important.
You are looking at it the wrong way. Because we're so dependent on that trade for profit, anything threatening it hits us to our core. Because we rely on selling to the EU, any threat to that hurts us more than it does the EU.
It's not a strength; it's a very obvious weakness.

I said in a previous page that it's all about money to them now. We are gradually seeing what's behind the mask. And some believe it is still the right thing to be part of that organisation...
The controlled borders will also be a thing of safety and is long overdue.......
You do know that most of our terrorists are UK nationals?
The trade doesn’t go away, it just happens on WTO rules, which means that because of the surplus they would pay more tariffs to us then we would to them, financially we could recompense our exporting companies and put the excess in the bank........they really have no leverage......
Hang on, I though you wanted a completely open land borderThe controlled borders will also be a thing of safety and is long overdue.......
Do you think it's possible to dislike a politician but like the institution? Or is it impossible to dislike Jeremy Hunt yet like the NHS (for example)?
He must have googled it!lolStrange question, Bruce...
Indeed. You do know that most guns in this country come from Europe........
Hang on, I though you wanted a completely open land border
Are you suggesting that UK border force are going to start searching all vehicles coming into the country ? I don't see how us leaving the EU will stop firearms being smuggled into the country , vehicles are searched at present whether they're driven by British , EU or foreign citizens. I can't see how things will dramatically change unless you think they will be a huge difference? Maybe we'll spend that 350m on hundreds of new staff , I suppose if we increase the budget by about 20% we can be back to where we where a couple of years ago .
