Hurry up and get us out
Tim, unless you move to Scotland, England or Wales the north of the island of Ireland is staying in the EU with free movement of goods, services, capital and people - including those from the EU that come to Ireland - who will be allowed to travel to the north. The ECJ will also have jurisdiction over EU citizens in the north of the island of Ireland, those with Irish passports. Free movement and the ECJ is enshrined in the Good Friday Agreement which means the north of the island of Ireland will have 'special status'. That is unless the UK government tears up the Good Friday Agreement.

The ECJ will have no jurisdiction in Northern Ireland. Once they enter the UK they fall under U.K. law.......once the northern people enter the south they will fall under ECJ law....it's quite easy really......
