Going well though aint it?

Great we can now make all our own rules and that.

And that £350m a week for the NHS looks just brilliant.

Massive and utterly stupid cock up from start to finish.

We are not there yet mate. Nothing has changed so far. Don't start panicking just yet. We will do OK, we always do, it's the people we are........

Yep, the EU putting all their arguments on the table, the UK showing nothing for the cameras, first class negotiating principles....the real stuff is hidden under the table......
In fairness Davis couldn't only spare an hour for that meeting, he had more pressing concerns

We won't starve Pete, we've just decided to shaft ourselves for a decade or so, for reasons best known to someone, not sure who that was like, as they all scarpered on the 23rd June, it was only ever advice or something.

Absolute car crash the entire debacle, here's hoping they put it back to the electorate for the final deal vote, and in true British democratic style, we can kick it into the bin.

One Mod supporting another, eh?

And at the risk of repeating myself again to a Mod, the £350 million a week was an E Q U I V A L E N T figure, not an actual. And it was stated that that that was a gross figure, not a net. Take a look here:

The above acknowledges that we get less than half of this back. And it says the £350 million is 'enough to build'. That is an equivalent figure.

Does everybody understand this now...???

"...Massive and utterly stupid cock up from start to finish..." Might be your opinion. But it's not everybody's. And it's just that - an opinion, without any foundation in fact. Come back in around 10 years time when you might then have some facts to back up your present opinion.

How many times has this been done ffs?

They lied, the director of the campaign admitted they lied, they knew the effects of said lie. Pack it in for Gods sake man

No problem with a united Ireland if that is what the people want, and then don't expect the rest of us to sort out any 'difficulties'.......
So you're fine with abandoning 500,000 British citizens with out any help?
Have to say, I'm a bit taken aback with the willingness to throw NI unionists under the bus in the name of a stronger UK.

Yep it was supposed to have been another coalition with the Liberals, the referendum promise would have been traded off and blamed on the evil Liberals. Happy this has fallen firmly on the Conservatives as they tear themselves apart trying convince that those who voted leave is going to be any different .

No I'm not. However I do believe in democracy. If the people of NI vote to join Eire then so be it. If those that do do not wish to be part of Ireland wish so then I would happily pay for them to move to the rest of the UK....

So vote for a United Ireland or move? Absolute gold

As we can't figure out a solution to the border issue for bonkers Brexit lol

Very sad to see a good friend of my wife's pack her bags and move back to Spain next week with her family.

She's been abused in public for talking Spanish to her children more than once, post-Brexit, and despite having lived here for more than ten years and being married to an Englishman and having raised a family here, the insecurity about her future has been driving her round the twist. She's sick of being made to jump through hoop after hoop and still receiving no guarantees about her future in the country. She's still applying for citizenship and hopes to return one day. Very sad.

I don't wish to be controlled by Germany, or France, or any of the other EU countries. I don't want an EU President who I didn't vote for, or even had a chance to vote for. I don't want to be part of an ever expanding political block that seeks to take in no end of countries with which we have nothing in common. I don't particularly wish to end up in conflict with a nuclear Russia. I do like the idea of trading with the world again. I want the best for my kids and granddaughter. I didn't listen to any politician during the vote.......

It's the EU who are undermining her future. The UK has already offered to allow her to stay, the EU however are playing politics......
