I feel if we leave then as@The Cowboy said, the EU will return to the table to discuss terms to prevent the UK leaving. Or, if we stay I believe we will see a range of items brought to the table very quickly by the EU. (Immigration levels, Turkey joining the EU etc).
Turkey have many hoops to jump through yet. It is a 35 chapter process to which they have only completed the 1st chapter, at any time they can be veto'd and rejected

Turkey will not join the EU for crying out loud!
They've completed one chapter out of 35 in about 20 years, Greece and Cyprus will veto them anyway.

It is the same every election though. Granted it may not have necessarily impacted the result but i know of a load of people over facebook and personally who didn't vote but 'didn't want conservatives'. as they say all glamrags no knickers. Happy to spout it over their social media but when it comes to walking down the road and ticking a box, they just don't bother.
We'll see. I reckon it will be the biggest turnout for a long time.

How is this vote more important to people than voting for the party that actually leads the country? Just makes no sense to me. Especially as this vote doesn't necessarily mean that the outcome will happen!
People don't like the EU for lots of reasons and one in particular which we won't go into as I don't want this to get locked.

I'll ignore this on your recommendation then!

"
BRUSSELS bigwigs will open membership talks with Turkey NEXT WEEK, despite David Cameron promising voters a completion of a deal would be DECADES away in a bid to urge Britons to back a Remain vote."

Not to sure about that, Jean - Claude Juncker came out and said this yesterday:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/06/22/juncker-tells-britain-you-wont-get-a-better-deal/

David Cameron’s pledge to reform freedom of movement was undermined by Jean-Claude Juncker yesterday, who said there could be no changes to the renegotiation deal he was given in February.

The president of the European Commission said Mr Cameron had been given the “maximum he could receive” and said there could be “no kind of renegotiation”.

The remarks were intended to discourage British voters from supporting the Leave campaign in the belief they could return to Brussels and demand a more generous deal.

“Out is out,” Mr Juncker said.

Mr Juncker said: "The British policy makers and the British people have to know that there will be no kind of renegotiations.

“We concluded a deal with the Prime Minister. He got the maximum he could receive and we gave the maximum we could give, so there will be no kind of renegotiation, on the agreement we found I think in February nor as far as any treaty negotiation [is concerned]. Out is out."

1) If globalised trade isn't enough to stop wars, how will continental-sized trading blocs be enough?
2) Refugees don't start wars about recessions mate. And we aren't going to invade Syria just because our housing market experiences a readjustment.
3) France and the Netherlands are democratic states. Their populations are entitled to elect whomever they choose.
4) Who have Poland and Greece declared war on since the populists gained power?

Bonus question: have you heard of NATO?
Double brucie bonus question. Since when was Yugoslavia and Cyprus not in continental Europe?

Why? If you are at a T junction and you don't know which way to go, you don't just turn left because you are in that lane.

Because you know more or less what you're getting if you stay, leaving is a big unknown in comparison.

But he would say that, wouldn't he?
