He wants to remain. Goes into detail of what would be the downfalls of leaving would be and how difficult it would be to get back up to speed with were we are. i.e. it takes 2 years to cut ties with EU then can take minimum of 10 years to come to an agreement with the EU over trade etc.

You might be in for a surprise there. On my travels today I heard a couple of people mention how they don't usually vote but have turned out for this.

It is the same every election though. Granted it may not have necessarily impacted the result but i know of a load of people over facebook and personally who didn't vote but 'didn't want conservatives'. as they say all glamrags no knickers. Happy to spout it over their social media but when it comes to walking down the road and ticking a box, they just don't bother.
