If the cops are chasing him over a civil matter that surely means that he's either been found guilty bu absentia OR that he has failed to respond to the court.

It states that his lawyer is assisting the authorities...

For me, its quite clear that hes not paid child maintainance as an ecuadorian woman filing a case isnt cheap and could drag on for 1 year or more.

Need to send him back to West Ham.

They still would if he refused to pay on the back of a court order. I for one have had to fight for the custody of my children and know how hard and mentally straining that can be. A million things whizzed through my head at the same time and luckily for me I did things right. Not all will and mistakes get made. Until the facts come out, I will not judge. Should he be refusing to pay for no apparent reason, then he is a terrible person and father and deserves what he gets.

I've just got first hand experience on how a woman can try and destroy you using your children as ammo.

I mean, it is loose change to him lets be fair. If he just isn't supporting her then bloody send him back there in a everton merchandising box and deliver him straight to their prison.
