The folks I know vilifying all the players kneeling are the same ones applauding the lone Steeler.
Totally lost on them that both are expression of first amendment rights.
It is quite ironic but not so much depending on the tint of your rose colored glasses.
I'm always confused by conservatives by this point: always fans of less government involvement in business, daily life, less regulation, etc... but always at the fore of increasing government involvement (by laws, regulations, etc...) about what people can do in their own homes, who they can do it with, how they do it, who they love, how they love, what they say, how they say it....
If you want less government in your lives, can't put more government into other people's lives because you don't like what they say, act, or love.
Can never square the talking out of both sides of their mouths on this.
