It's their brigade/corps orientated smaller artillery and MRLs lined up within range of the DMZ that is the real threat as they're extremely potent.

Given what Kim did to his uncle and their "successful" use in Syria I presume chemical weapons can't be ruled out either.

I'm really trying to keep an open mind on the Russia investigation but honestly hard to think of alternate reasons for his behaviour than they have dirt on him.

And if he is so concerned about costs perhaps he can skip a weekend or two at Mar-a-Largo this winter.
