I cannot stand the guy, and I know we say in here the world would be better without him, but I don't think anyone can actually condone an assassination attempt. It's democracy we are supposed to live in, this is sick imo.

I try to be the bigger person in life, if he died of a heart attack tomorrow I wouldn't shed a tear, but to be assassinated is cold. Plus there's the becoming a martyr.

The failure to secure the rooftop will definitely be questioned, and rightly so. The issue with Dana Houle's post is that it assumes the person is competent with a rifle.

Just because a rifle is more than capable of hitting a target at 150(ish) yards, and people do so, doesn't mean most would.
