Know the conspiracy theorists will have a field day with this but tbf it is mad that it appears no protection for a direct line of sight rooftop.

The failure to secure the rooftop will definitely be questioned, and rightly so. The issue with Dana Houle's post is that it assumes the person is competent with a rifle.
Just because a rifle is more than capable of hitting a target at 150(ish) yards, and people do so, doesn't mean most would.
