You know, its like when you sit with your mates and start talking about something random...
You know, like if you were on a Russian (or Chinese) submarine and you were thinking to surface.
Up pops your periscope and you see a beautiful island about 100 metres away.
You also see a stunning blonde young lady on a small boat between you and the island.
The poor creature accidentally knocks the battery from her boat into the ocean.
To save her, you tell the crew to surface so you can make contact with the damsel in distress.
Once you get up through the hatch...you are starled to find a shark between you and the woman.
What do you do?

I totally agree it was off script as he tends to ramble and I refuse to believe any advisor could sit down and actually such an ingorant statement.
The problem for me here is the responsibility of language, if its a funny story, sure go for it, if its fake information presented as a sbide attack on new cleaner forms of energy, no not good enough. If its some average comedian presenting false info as a joke, then that annoying but okay. If its a self serving podcaster with an audience then thats dangerous and should have a form of censorship imo. If its a politician campaigning for the most important job on the planet with a fanbase so rabid they have attacked government buildings causing deaths, panic and precident for wide scale mutiny... no not good enough, its not banter, its dangerous misinformation and he has a responsibility to be better. This is a public address he is making, he's not in the pub.
On Biden. yeah he's a tough watch, but still capable of sincere speeches that trump isnt, as trump posesses no empathy. I'm not an advocate of Biden other than in opposition to trump. I've made my case for that based on legislation passed, statistics of performance and his position on matters that are importnat to me personally in comparision to trumps. I have plenty of bones to pick with Biden.

I think all bets are off now.
With the Russian, Ukraine and Chinese rigged election accusations by Biden etc
To them being turned around onto Biden and claiming he and Hunter were taking bribes /payments which was denied and again more drama by 50+ FBI agents claiming that the laptop didnt exist.
To now Hunter confirming he has received payments from certain countries, the laptop existing and of course that all happening right before the election....with witnesses now stating Biden was aware and on calls when he also denied that.
If he is found guilty then surely he and his dad should be up for treason charges not to mention those fbi agents investigated.
Now we have the Trump situations which i wont go into again...

I believe that if Trump gets in all bets are off and he has 2 options:
A: Destroy them
B: Gain popularity by pardoning them

Context is everything in this shark story. It is very important to note that Trump told this story in Nevada, a state known for its glorious coast lines and shark-infested waters. I think it really resonated with all the mariners, sailors, seamen, yachtmen, and recreational seafarers in that state.
