Does seeing this Shark now change your decision for 'C' ?

The problem that they/them have here is that despite all their raving accusations, they/them are essentially still posting from the position of:

"I feel that Trump shouldn't have been convicted of a crime and here's my attempt to justify that feeling". So starting with the conclusion and working backwards, rather than looking at the evidence and drawing a verdict from that, the way a court has to.

And to paraphrase they/them from about a week back, it's very clear that they can't even imagine a scenario where Trump is actually guilty of something that could be labelled as a crime, and so we see these continual concoctions of random 'arguments' in his favour that somehow include offering movies from the 80s - America's notorious cinematic 'propaganda' phase that include such even-handed views of the nation as Rocky IV - as evidence of a major city's decline.

Two ways to look at this:

1: He's gone full Biden. Next we'll find Ivanka's teen diaries where he showered with her and sniffed her mates hair.

2: He's just a (non-politically trained) bloke having a off topic 'joke' with his fans....see Klopp...

...whether he's playing a part or he's actually like this he just comes off as a normal person to those who watch him and believe in him.

Obama was a great statesman as was Clinton, probably Hilary the same and others as well.

Trump is a hard working business guy from the trenches (is the image hes pushing) on the side of the people.


Want to know what I think? All of the presidents for as long as I can remember have been comedy figures...cowboy Bush for example as a funny chap.

I think (like the UK) there should be a 3rd party to compete with the two main party's.

At the very least it will increase competition.

As weve seen with Trump, competition is good when it disrupts the status quo.

So you are joking with the boat post then yes? He is a populist, he has predetrmined views other than his own wealth so I totally agree he is playing a part, its one of the reasons why he is so dangerous as president of the US imo and it is something I really worry about.

But just to clarify, you are having fun with your boat post and not defending what he said as a serious statement, because whiel I'll happily admit I know zero about the housing market, I do know a lot about marine engineering and if trump is trying make a serious statement its complete nonsense. What I suspect he is doing is attenpting to make sustainable or renewable energy the enemy for reasons as you say, he is projecting a false image he projects about caring about the working man, that he knows nothing about the subject is very obvious to me. (and scary)
