I agree that alleged crimes by politicians should be prosecuted and then juries can decide whether they are guilty or not.
John Edwards was arrested and prosecuted for trying to cover up an affair during his presidential run - I thought he was guilty as hell but the jury decided otherwise. I think it was correct that Trump was charged for similar behavior, we'll see what a jury finds.
I don't think the drugs in the White House have been ignored, just that there has not been enough evidence found to charge someone.
Testing did not reveal sufficient DNA, fingerprint or video evidence to determine who brought the drug into the White House, the Secret Service said.

Also Biden's involvement in his sons business practices have hardly been swept under the carpet, the GOP have done multiple investigations. However again little actual evidence of wrongdoing has been provided. So no, I wouldn't lock Biden up without much stronger evidence, particularly without a trial! His son is already facing legal proceedings, I am comfortable for those to proceed as they are.
Trump will get his day in court, or will if he doesn't get elected before hand and pardon himself in advance. I certainly would not be comfortable with that - would you?.....
