He can absolutely win without Florida (if he takes Florida, it's over, Trump basically can't win without it).
Pennsylvania is probably trickier. 538 currently have it as the most likely tipping point State... but they also have him as a reasonably clear favourite to win the state.
he can lose PA, FL, OH, NC, TX and still win but he'd have to take Michigan and Wisconsin

By the way, when you look at the projected vote shares for those states, it's AMAZING that the Trump campaign are still putting money into TV advertising in DC, when Biden is currently projected to win 89% of the vote. lollollol
