I don't think it is Trump who is dividing the nation. I believe it's those who just will not accept how the vote went that will divide the nation. We are experiencing exactly the same in the UK where remainers refuse to accept that they lost the vote......some bad losers around.......

Liberal = forward thinking
Conservative = backward thinking

His nominations and appointments show he has extreme right wing views that are not right for this country.

Why? It is an apt description of what those people are, just because other people misuse the term (like they claim "national socialism" means that the Nazis were left-wing) doesn't invalidate it.

there is nothing "conservative," in say the Burkean sense, about the Republican Party. Theirs is a radical vision, unparalled in the developed world, though it has a well-established history in places like Latin America or the former Soviet Union. You can see how that worked out. Not even Britain is as extreme. If you take the 20th century before Reagan as a baseline then Bernie is the true "conservative," in the strictest sense of the word.

He's completely raw and will say and do things that will no doubt surprise or upset people, he will make mistakes, but he will probably be an improvement on the eight years of sound bites with little action that you've just had..............

It's just amazing. They cant watch them selves into the mirror and reflect. Sad really. They should just accept it - democrats greatest loss and screw up in political history - and let the wound heal.
