Oh yeah !! Great days (and nights apparently) in Moscow or Prague or wherever it was.
still standing by your man though? not concerned about the allegations of colluding with Russia?

"Russia can befuddle the powerful West because the Narrative is the equivalent of the Death Star's thermal exhaust port." - Richard Fernandez
The press, academia, and the American deep state (which includes the intelligence community) are busy building their Narrative, and maybe the facts don't matter so much right now. Remember that the reaction to Trump among 90+% of the G-whatever's in the existing bureaucracy is emetic in nature. They are busy spinning out their belief structure in real time on CNN to help them weather this time of troubles. Watch for the movie version of all this in future to pass down to future generations, as we did with the Mary Mapes "Truth" film, where Robert Redford tells twenty-second century children how GW Bush went AWOL from the Texas ANG in the 70's but Redford gets crucified by a vengeful Executive for speaking truth to power. The documents looked plausible enough to get the job done for the benefit of the Narrative, after all.
By doing so they further alienate those who don't buy the Narrative, and each reluctant Trump voter grows a bit less reluctant day by day.
This is how you got four years of Donald Trump ("if he's not impeached first!!," shouts Heather from Bethesda) and this is how you'll get four more if the current trend spools out to its logical conclusion. Feel free to vault this.

Fantastic post this.
That whole crowd of neo-liberal cretinry is absolutely incandescent that this has happened to them, despite them being the ones who are directly responsible for it happening; they lurch from setting one awful precedent to another, all the while creating the rods with which they themselves will be beaten further down the line.
much as I felt embarrassed for you when I actually went to PJ Media, the substance (though definitely not the style!) of this post is probably justified.

Trump is at war with the intelligence agencies and the media. In other words, the establishment.
Will that hurt him or help in terms of public opinion?

if they want to hurt his standing with those who voted for him, they'll have to do better than this.
the Republicans deciding to teach Real America's dimmer bulbs that Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act are one and the same, by repealing it, might do the trick

one of the bigger tragedies for Americans would be, as seems likely based on the cabinet picks, the revelation that Trump will policy-wise amount to just another standard-issue Republican, despite all the bluster.
Republicans shouldn't forget that before Real America held its nose and voted Trump because it hated Hillary, it held its nose and voted Trump because it hated the Republican Party almost as much.
Naturally, but you have to understand...from legal stand point (explained in yesterdays presser by a lawyer) he didnt to have do these arrangements at all. Left naturally doesnt like this.
