It's an agenda driven term. I most certainly can't be classed as elite. Conservatives have used that term with such frequency they don't even realize they are doing it.

This guy is very, very, very unhinged. He is really, really not presidential material. I've heard from literally hundreds of people that tell me this. My friend, who happens to be a a very very good political analyst, told me so. I don't know, but this is what people are telling me. Believe me.

He's not really substantial enough to merit much consideration in policy terms. His cabinet picks suggest he'll abdicate all the non-PR/PT Barnum aspects of the Presidency to boilerplate Republicans - exactly the kind of people his supporters turned out so energetically to vote against.
