Wait, Telegraph readers are in favour of a harder Brexit as Trump advocated? Well colour me shocked.
Some people think differently to you...a new low indeed.

It's an impressive list and I applaud your effort, but you don't say what the damage was that was caused? You say these things caused damage, but what damage? It's also important to be able to identify this, otherwise it all remains quite debatable.
Your reply to this list of a bunch of bad things was to say "eh debatable." This is the kind of thing I'm seeing you post that has me thinking you're way more lenient with Trump than I care for. And this is after 5-10 minutes and a quick use of the search function so I'm sure there's more examples but as you've said I CBA anymore. What bad thing has he done and what excuse did I make for it?

The membership fee at Mar-aLagi is 200k (plus tax) and annual fees of 14k (plus tax) plus a $2k dining minimum. There has been no reporting as far as I can tell how many additional memberships have been taken up after Trump became president although the membership had been discounted prior to his election to 140k as they reportedly did not have enough people. The ability to even meet the president let alone be able to influence policy as below or get a ambassadorship etc must make it an attractive option for the wealthy. Also his DC hotel makes far more than 400k a year on the back of him being POTUS. This, of course, is illegal.
Yeah I've seen that before. Sometimes he puts things up that are just too much for me and I respond and it always goes like this.Judging by his last post i wouldn't waste your time. He is on one of his better than everyone else walks. Comes in to tell you that we are all wrong about Trump and we shouldn't be so mean blah blah then gets tired of not getting answers that are pleasing to him and leaves again.
It's a repetitive cycle with him.
Soon the others like sam and toffy (and his alter ego bluetooth) will come in and agree with him and remind us their opinions count and he is correct.
This sounds like something a character (maybe "Coach Ferguson" or "Old Man Wilson") would say in a Hallmark film marketed to aging sentimentalists and people who've recently sustained head injuries. It's not actually indicative of prevailing cultural norms in the USA. May I presume you're from elsewhere?Winning is a vital aspect of the American Dream which is the defacto doctrine of the US folk. His ability to shake off scandals and get his way with things is impressive, we have to admit.

One of the worst things happening in society today is this idea that any opinion is valid even if it has no grounding in facts or proof. That isn't how it works.
Yep time after time people utter the words " I am entitled to my opinion" as if that qualifies as a 100 % accurate, factually proven fact that cannot be argued. They then try to turn rebuttal and challenge into a us versus them argument and how we are stifling and belittling their opinion.
I’m glad you recognise its danger but It isn’t just after Christchurch, awful as that attack is.This is one thing I think we all in this thread can agree on. After Christchurch, Far Right Terrorism is very much the enemy, and more dangerous than Far Left ideology. Anyone on the Right not recognising this is plain wrong, in my opinion.
There it is, the monthly bow out. See you in April!anyway, arsed with this thread. have fun sharing tweets & assorted incredulity x
I actually thought membership was $100k before the election, and that just days later they doubled it to $200k?The membership fee at Mar-aLagi is 200k (plus tax) and annual fees of 14k (plus tax) plus a $2k dining minimum. Shortly after Hazzouri and Trump saw each other in late 2017, Hazzouri followed up with a message, scrawled on Mar-a-Lago stationery. Here’s the letter:![]()
