How did I miss your point when my post spelled out why I disagree with that?

Because saying "hundreds of thousands of people died" is not proof that Bush made the choices that led to that out of selfish motivation which, going back to the original post, is what I was pointing out as Trump's motivation for his "Look at me I'm such a good person for giving this money back" tweet.

The point was I don't think George Bush was doing things for his image or his own benefit and I really believe a lot of what Trump does is. And no your post did not spell out any of that. Thus point missed.

I'm sure you don't as you have a very tough time seeing the negatives in anything that Trump does and LOVE to draw false equivalence to past events and people when they tend to rarely be anywhere near comparable.

I'm not going to pretend I take the time to note everything you say and do on this forum but that's the sense I get. I'm sure if I did have the time or will to go and look I could present examples but I don't at the moment so I'm just going to let this go until the next time you come in here with something that gets me going enough that I feel the need to reply.

I'm sure if I did have the time or will to go and look I could present examples but I don't at the moment so I'm just going to let this go until the next time you come in here with something that gets me going enough that I feel the need to reply.

Maybe it's because you assume anyone not on board the 100% everything-Trump-is-bad train must be on the 100% Trump-can-do-no-wrong train.

I read this thread enough to get a general sense of which posters fall where and you more often than not fall in the "I'll overlook and make excuses for Trump doing bad things" camp. I'm not saying it is 100% but the way the POTUS behaves if it approaches even 50% of the time I'm pretty sure I'll be disagreeing with you a whole bunch.
