It’s not ignorance, one can simply just decide to walk into another country, there would be chaos imagine if 4 billion people from struggling areas just decided to go and do that. You have to have laws. By all means help them in their countries with infrastructure and maybe ridding them of their ridiculous countries debts to the west. But there must be some order

The thing is 4 billion people are not looking to do that. In the grand scheme of things "illegal" immigration in the US has dwindled by nearly 50% in the last 10 years. The big issue for ICE and Trump are the ones still here. He only mentions those still coming because he mad a promise to build a wall.

Central and south america especially Mexico is not as bad of as it used to be.

In fact many of the "illegals" are not mexican nowadays and not MS13.

What i was referring to was you simply brushed of their motives by saying it was about making cash free from government and free from law etc... I put it to you that that shows ignorance that you are labeling them much the same as the Trump admin.

They are here for various reasons like i said many Americans disagree with it but its how its handled and how you treat them.

Understanding their plight sometimes is easier than hating them. Its not as simple as it looks and not as easy to figure out.

What i find funny is if he gets his way and kicks them all out good luck living and retiring in Florida.

I stayed in cayman tower in the Dubai marina, loads of building work was going on and yeah the conditions were terrible for them, temps were mid 40’s (July) I struggled to walk to the little supermarket 10 mins away never mind working for 10 hrs in those conditions. At least my work had copious amounts of air con.
But you're alright with that because there has to be rules and order, right?

before moving here, you should open a book and have a quick read up on the history of America.
I love the USA mate, worked in Milford 20 yrs ago 20 mins from New York been hooked since and yeah I will read some. But I have met some great people over there

No, not at all they were treated like [Poor language removed], got to know a few Indian subbies out there and when he showed me photos of their digs in Sharjah, I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in it. Plus the Indian subbies who were very skilled at their job, a dirty job too their pay was $500 a month.

Ive got a place in Florida and spend upto 8 weeks+ a year there hopefully retiring there in 5 yrs or more realistically 10 yrs. so I meet lots of Americans from all over, so we do talk about these kind of things.

So, let me get this straight.
You want to move here and pay no income tax.
But you have issues with people moving here to keep their kids from being killed. People who even if they work for cash, will pay tax.
Undocumented workers can get a tax ID and contribute about 11.5 billion annually while doing jobs Americans don't want to do.
MS 13, while scumbags, are just an excuse to radicalize people like you.
Come on man, you're better than this I hope.

He will fit in well with his attitude especially in Florida haha!!

I’ve purchased a place in Florida and have spent lots of money there that I have earned all over the world and in the UK adding to the local economy which I thought you would be pleased about, if I do decide to be a citizen of USA which is not written in stone it will be done according to their laws. Read back what I said previously people with genuine needs should be looked after but go through the proper channels!!! I don’t get your point about income tax

He’s trying to stop an uncontrollable flow in the USA,these fellas signed up for this, using Dubai’s visa process knowing what work it implied and as the Indian subbies pointed if you don’t like it we send you back 10 more want your job. So don’t see your point

How naive you are. For someone who owns property here and who has met loads of people. You don't seem to be clued in at all with the goings on in this country. You knowledge seems limited and the information you do hold seems to be very one sided. Ruairi is right you need to do some reading.

Do you understand that those "visas" for the Indians in Dubai are not your traditional sort right? They are slaves and forced labor and have had their passports taken and cannot leave. They have to actually pay a debt if they do wish to leave. A debt they obviously cannot afford.

As for the US have you looked into the Visa process for your retirement? You realise you dont simply become a citizen. You have to apply for several visa types and hold a green card even if retired to then become a citizen after 5 years if you apply.

Oh and retiring people like you is also something he has looked into diminishing as in not allowing people retire here. As he wants immigrants to contribute.

I am aware of USA process for citizenship, the 5 - 10 yr retiring in Florida is more like staying so many months a year(I’m not that old) if when I got into my late fifties and as I suspect might happen I’ll want to stay longer and Citizenship would be an option I’ll delve more into. Look if the USA say “no you can’t become a citizen” I’ll respect that but I’d also be a net contributor to your country if I did.
As for the Indian subbies I worked alongside they did not have their passports taken. But the middle east is and you’re correct has a massive slave problem, from what I learnt in my 6 months there most were for domestic duties. He had several members of his family he got jobs for at construction sites that moved back to India no problem. But even after spending 6 months there I wouldn’t say without doubt that some are used as slaves. I take it you too have experience working in Dubai?

Sure do my friend i have been part of several big projects in IT infrastructure out there for a number of companies

You'll pay property and sales tax but you won't pay any income tax as you won't be working.
So when you drive up 95, the undocumented cuban from Miami will probably be paying more for it's upkeep than you.
How do you plan to get citizenship?
Introduction of small business, employing at least 6 locals was one option I looked into a few years ago(not sure if that’s still about) also introducing $1.5 million dollars and buying full health care was another and again I don’t know if that’s about still. I was hoping to be in the position with rental incomes from the UK homes I own to live on. But again I’m about 5 - 10 hrs away from even getting into that position. The big thing in my eyes was getting my property in Florida, that was me putting my foot in your great country
