how abot klose scored 5 today.in under an hour..sure hes 34 but im sure hed be better than what we have
wages..no clue

I'd touch myself silly if we got Lukaku.

Fellaini for him straight swap would do me. Even better if they felt the urge to give us 5m too. Would drive him there myself.

He's superb.

I think we need a striker, wether that be a loan signing like Lukaku or get him in a swap for Felli or we sign someone like Cornelius, Finnbogason, Wilfried Bony or Negredo?!.

But i think if Felli does leave this summer, we need to replace him with a Coutinho type player IMO. We need someone who can create centrally and pick out and play the kind of through balls that he does that strikers with good movement and like to play on the shoulder thrive on!.

I do feel we are too reliant on our wide play and more often than not do try at every opportunity to work the ball wide, mainly down the left, to create our chances but it would be nice to have some creativity in central areas.

Playing Felli up there behind a striker can work and he does well but he basically plays like a target man up there and when we go long, he brings the ball down and brings the midfield into play or he lays it out wide, which isnt a bad thing, but he's not a player to control the ball, turn on it and look to feed the striker.

This summer we do need a striker to add to ranks but i think some creativity in the centre of midfield, especially in the role behind the front man, we do need a clever, creative type player but i think we can only do all those things, buy a striker and a midfielder, if we sell Felli.

As long as moyes is manager we will play a physical presence behind the striker ( and likely a physical striker). It won't change

Remy wont come he's a money grabber who will end up at Liverpool guaranteed, Brenda loves his small pacey forwards in his little gay 3 up top formation.

And our one up top is so great. Suarez, Sturridge and Remy. Lets laugh at the top 4 team eh.

Since when we're they a Top Four team?

Just wanted to see what different evertonians think. personally i think we need a striker in the summer. if we do offload fellaini for £30mill that has been reported through out the year, thats enough to get a decent midfielder, and a decent striker.
What i wanna know is should we give Jelavic one more season to prove his worth, should we keep playing anichebe, and should we sign a new striker.

No, we need a new manager who has the ability to play strikers.

id sell fellaini and have this

----------------------howard------------------------

coleman----------jagielka------distin-------------baines

Mirallas-----------------Gibson----------------Pienaar

-----------------------Remy----------------------

Benteke---------------Lukaku--------------------Kone

Can Kone bring his child army?

Has anything new happened with Honda? I know we won't get him but he'd be exactly the player we need behind our striker. A player able to pick out his wide men, play the ball through to our striker (preferably Negredo or Lukaku for me) or even take a defender on and take a shot on. Also heard he's got good free kicks. This is the player i think would fit exactly into that spot but can't see it happening myself.

Also, I know its painful to talk about it but is Niang playing well for Milan? Heard he was a monster and in their first team at a very young age. Imagine Milan didn't come in and we would of got him.

Yes and yes. Jelavic was disappointing this season and the season before that it was Vic who has been incredible so far. For some reason our strikers seem to be the Jekyll and Hyde. One season they can be very good and the next awful.

Of course we need a new striker. While I think Anichebe has been much improved, is he really the answer? A top class forward is a must. We also need a central mid (preferably a creative one) as people have said. I'm a bit surprised there haven't been more calls for at least one more winger. Sure we have Mirrallas, but he's hardly been devoid of injury, and Piennar is getting up there as his legs look ready to fall off. Besides those two, who do we have that can really be effective out wide? Not Naismith or Chebe, thats for sure. For me, at least one more winger is definitely a priority as well.

Wouldn't get a look in anyway, we sign youth and stick em in the youths.
