December fixtures, 21 points going

Very tough set of fixtures coming up and the Newcastle and Watford games were never going to just be 6 points on a plate like some of our fans had in their heads.

Watford - 3
City - 0
Spurs - 1
Burnley - 3
Brighton - 1

Only see 8 from 15 at best and I am worried about this Watford game. The relieving thing is that the other teams are no better than us in capitalising on other teams dropping points. I expect it to be ourselves, Man United and Leicester fighting for 6th and 7th at the end of the season.

Just a minor set back I'm sure
Revising my total down to an optimistic 8

Haha, well only 2 points away so far :o I was purposefully pessimistic on the Spurs/ManC results, we could pull a point or two back there. Still we'll prob drop points somewhere else stupid, but 10, maybe 11 looking like best possibility now o_O

Everyone laughed at my mighty prediction to haha. Was hoping it was totally wrong like.

I'm concerned about our fixtures up until the Leicester game. We've got 2 of the top 5 to play, and 2 away games. We've won 1 away game all season, and we often fail to bring home the 3 points even when they're in our grasp. Wouldn't surprise me to see at least one 2-2 draw in them 2 away games with us gifting a couple of goals to the opposition.

I'm hoping we pull off a shock result at home vs Spurs though. We are a different obstacle to these sides at Goodison compared with our cowardly mentality away against those sides (over the years)..

We have to be at our best Spurs have to be below par. The only game they've unexpectedly lost was Watford. It'll be a tough ask. The top 6 just don't drop many points.
