I do think it’s relevant, but not the be all and end all, you don’t, or at least not a relevant as however you want to manipulate our transfer spend, so I’m not sure why you’re getting all bent out of shape about it.
I also think a new owner, a new stadium, a new season, a new (old) manager and a new budget is too.
Oh and this ‘strange behaviour’ / ‘happy when we lose’ / ‘wanted us to lose’ is proper kopite stuff btw.
