I'm enjoying us being in the hunt for a European place and being in pole position for it.
I know if we only get top 10 it's not a bad effort too.
But we really need to see this manager grasp a chance at this club. ONCE in the past he did that when we got a CL qualifying place back in 2005 - which he ruined, of course....and he achieved with a lowly 65 points....but we'll leave that aside as it still meant he stood on his feet and managed expectations.
I want to see evidence that Moyes can do that at least once again in his 12 years here.
I have to say he's got a few more strings to his bow playing-wise now since he left in 2013, but underneath it all I still detect the excuse-making, big-game blowing loser he always was and will be.
He has the chance to persuade me and others like me who doubt his professionalism during these last 7 games though. ..and that's what TFG's attitude should be too: "REALLY prove your worth by getting the club back to Europe and we'll hand you a new contract."

He’s stabilised us and got us looking up instead of down
He’s certainly earned another season
I’m just not sure he’s the man to take us forward into the future
Maybe the plan is to replace him with a Baines or Coleman in a few years so they’re essentially going to do an apprenticeship under him for the next 2-3 seasons and then he’ll move upstairs and one of them will take the reins?
I’m not sure I’d extend him for three years though
