Looks like Dibling won the sandcastle competition..

Why would you replace a player playing extremely well? We had Yobo and Jags at CB who were also playing very well. It’s a nonsensical reason to criticise him. Especially given he signed Baines signed Pienaar and created one of the best left hand side partnerships the league has seen.I'm not trying to beat Moyes , simply pointing out his reticence to take chances.
This is 100% correct. I remember Lescott playing left back in a derby and he was an absolute beast in both defence and attack. It was light years away from playing JOB at fullback because Lescott was one of if not our best performer and we had very good CBs on Jags and Yobo. Imagine having 3 defenders with the physicality and pace of those three now. Phwoar.I dont recall anyone at the time asking lescott to be taken out the side for the young left back just bought from Wigan. In fact i think he'd have got lynched. Lescott was a fans favourite.
Nobody at that time knew how good Baines would go on to be. Well Moyes probably did. But then he knows more than we do. Thats why we just post on a forum.
Didnt take Baines that long to get in anyway.
And some people just love David Moyes both personally and professionally and you can’t have a sensible discussion with them either. They too “have a fixed agenda”, which is equally odd.We all have our opinions on particular decisions that David Moyes has made, whether selection/tactics are correct, whether our transfers have been successful etc. But some people on here just hate David Moyes both personally and professionally. You can't have a discussion with people who go on relentlessly about him being a mid-table limited manager, being negative, ha ING his favourites, not making substitutions, not backing youth etc. They have a fixed agenda and will never depart from it. Despite the fact that we're 8th. It's a weird sort of fan that is posting criticism of the managers substitutions within 20 mins of a 2-0 home victory. That's just odd.
Being able to look down at a tasty dogfight between West ham, Forest and Spurs is a sweet moment.
Up the palace tonight !!
I'm simply suggesting that if everyone knows that the manager likes a mid-season jolly in a warm climate then the motivation to get through to the latter rounds of the cup competitions has to be undermined.
No one does. That’s a complete lie. It like Kier Starmer critics. A certain type of people hate Kier Starmer, they will literally criticise every single thing he does and blame him for everything. Some people are more reasonable and would defend Starmer on certain issues. Doe those people love Kier Starmer? And some people just love David Moyes both personally and professionally and you can’t have a sensible discussion with them either. It is but id highly doubt if he is still there as the spending thing with Villa seems to be becoming a real issue. It’s from Football Insider so can safely ignore.
