He's still annoyingly gets a half to see how things are then changes for the 2nd half,by which the game could be over..DCL scores and games over.

He trusts his players but time and time again he has been let down at home this season. He got the tactics wrong from the start because he trusted the players with the formation he sent out. That aside the midfield was 2nd best to everything that 1st half...totally unacceptable at home.

The other glaring weakness is opposition team players dropping off and playing between the lines. None of our players seem to know what to do and when to react to it and it keeps happening at home.

That’s because at times in midfield it was 4 v 2 and most of the time 3 v 2. We were outnumbered and that’s on the manager

This thing about a new manager definitely progressing us is interesting.
Some of the names been bandied about aren't really progressing their own clubs .
It seems many think a new manager will have us improving dramatically. Not sure about that.

Wasn't just midfield, the way they set up gave them space and overloads all over the place - our players felt they needed to press and whenever we did it gave Leeds pockets to play into and they ran rings around us

First half was as bad as I've seen for a while and we were lucky it was only 1-0

Yes you're right but a 3 man midfield would have helped because we would have picked up a lot of the loose balls. Leeds were picking them all up cause our midfield was empty and that's why they were able to create space and run rings round us. Cause players were having to drift out of positions to cover. It's not rocket science.

If he's not backed in the next few days that could be a potential red flag to him leaving to the summer.

Looked alright but there's absolutely 0 chance that David Moyes starts playing 3 at the back every week.

What if he can’t though Matty? I didn't want him back, but he has a done a good job since his return in getting us away from fearing relegation (which I don’t now fear, so well done Moysey), but I hate his football at HDS, it is dull, slow predictable and soul destroying.

if he can’t it’s then TFG choice in it

but you could get a manager and be ok
at home ( as you should )

Oh totally agree with you on that.
We have no idea what TFG's raison d'etre is for Everton.

Ive said before if they are happy to survive in the PL on a shoestring budget then you won't do better than Moyes and might as well give him a 5 year contract.

I think most of us want more than that.
