I think the idea of interim/stop gap ended when TFG decided to keep/back him with a big spend.

Moyes is a safe, drama free choice while this rebuild gets done. We won’t be anywhere near trouble, safe passage through calm, mid table seas. Spurs finished below us last season, Frank has them above us so far.

Tried to go for a flat 4-3-3 with 3 CMs but whatever plan went out the window after the players threw 2 goals in within minutes. We'll never know.

The players should take responsibility for that 100% imo.

He's done a good job, no doubt, and will have us just in, or around the top half but just when you start to think and believe we can carry on or go one further and build on good results, these stinker results always seem to crop up and we come crashing back down.
