I’d rank his time back so far as a 9/10 given what he’s had available and what came before.

I’d give him a 10, but sadly had to mark him down for his constant lateness to the press conferences.

Mind you his talent as a manager was exposed there and his new fans let him know it, lasted seven months but still a lucky man he got millions out of that before showing his talents at Sunderland and Spain which got him the boot. Two spells at WHU where a lot of the fans couldn’t stand him even though he won a fourth rate European title for them and now we’ve got him back!

At least give your criticism some balance.
In 11 seasons we qualified for Europe on 4 occasions. Top eight finishes, and an FA cup final.
Sir Alex Ferguson won Manger of the year 5 times. Moyes won it 3 times, guess who else won it 3 times, Pep Guardiola, guess who won it only twice, Jurgen Klopp and Arsene Wenger.
He took a struggling West Ham from the relegation places to 2 top 7 finishes I think it was.
As for the fourth rate euro trophy, I think most Evertonians would bite your hand off for it now.

Moyes went to Man U at a bad time, I think if he went there now he would do for them what he's doing for us now.
No one on this planet was ever going to fill SAF shoes.
As for going there, he was basically flipping burgers in McDonalds then got offered the job of being Gordon Ramseys head chef, who wouldn't take it, that was the difference between us and Man U back then.
I actually disagreed with him when he said knife to a gun fight, I thought it was more like a sewing needle against a Sherman tank.
We never had a pot to urinate in and I think he did a remarkable job then, and still is now, I think he's a brilliant manager for what we need right now.

A very very good defender IMO

I remember him mostly for not knowing where, when or how to play Wayne Rooney keeping him on the bench for many games when Rooney was most probably the best player we have ever brought through the club in our history— I hope he doesn’t leave Alcaraz on the bench too much now with the limited talent skill wise this squad has got.

That’s a dead dead weird thing to remember him for mate.

I wouldn't be surprised mate, Madrid wanted him last summer but were trying to get him on the cheap and Wolves refused, I know the RS have been sniffing around Kerkez.

Swings and roundabouts definitely, Moyes lost to Shrewsbury Town in the FA cup when Shrewsbury finished bottom of the fourth division and went into non league football!

3 wins in half a season
4 wins in a month

We were winning 1 game every 6 weeks basically. Writing off a month here and there without witnessing a win.

Unreal turnaround.

No mental is moaning about it.

Even the biggest grudges against Moyes have to be put aside now. We're the safest we've been at this point of a season in years.

Who can muster the energy to pick formerly ginger hairs with this record? Besides @davek obviously.
