There's only a certain amount of dosh drifting around the marks. The more trash Brand shifts, the less people can donate to Fox's various political misadventures. Saw it a fair bit in the aftermath of the first Trump term with all the Qanon types crowding round to milk the rubes, after a while (maybe wth their income drying up) they were denouncing each other as frauds, despite saying much the same stuff as each other.
