The methods may change but the good old fashioned con man is alive and well.
Well I for one am shocked that such a bastion of moral integrity would be a scamming scumbag.

Him and his brother are two of the most hatable people alive. I’d love it if the regulators decided to regulate crypto, then historically prosecuted all of these cretins.

Agree there that he is nothing more than a con man.

But am surprised it has taken so long for the BBC to release this story. I've been aware of this particular scam well over a year now, when a YouTuber Coffeezilla started doing investigations into these crypto ventures.

Paul also is suing Coffeezilla. Like the BBC article suggests to with their threats of legal action. He is trying to use threats to shut down any talk of this in the public domain.

The problem you are seeing now is these proben con men and criminals are being enabled by other parties and celebrated in the public sphere.

The only hope can be is if people start collectively clicking on.

I'd take a soggy afternoon in Bognor Regis over spending 2 minutes with Tate & co in any capacity.

No doubt he's got fanboys falling over themselves in the comments declaring how much they'd pay to get slapped around by him, and that opting for a holiday most people could only dream of is weakness. I believe this sort of behaviour is commonly labelled 'virtue signalling' and applied as a broad insult towards the Left.

It’s enraging, it really is.

If they were trying to do this with any regulated financial product they would all be staring down the barrel of 5-15 years, however as crypto seemingly has effectively no laws these absolute scumbags can milk their young, impressionable audiences with no punishment.

And don’t even get me started on the likes of Stake - the sooner Everton cuts all ties with that disgusting company the better

Been following this for a while too as I’m a big fan of Coffeezilla. Their back and forth has been pretty funny to follow with Paul switching between praising Coffee and suing him.

On the BBC not picking it up sooner, I think it’s just because they aren’t crypto focused whereas Coffeezilla’s whole thing is exposing crypto scams which is why he got on it so early.

Anyway, the more eyes on it the better and I hope Paul gets done for being a horrendous grifter/con man.

Horrible people, glad they haven't been able to get away with all of this (except they still appear to have some of the funds). Let's not pretend loads of people didn't start trying to profiteer through Covid, from whacking a quid on pasta packets in shops to raking in millions from the Government on dodgy PPE contracts, but there's something especially loathsome about the Ingram-Moores trying to cash in on a nation's good will and lining their own pockets whilst pretending it was all charitable.

Can we bring back stocks for things like this?
