I know because unlike last year we don't have Rom banging them in the other end. We simply need to run a very tight ship to do anything this year.

We have Connolly kenny and holgate who can play right back. There would be no needn't for him unless koeman thinks he's better than those three. Which he clearly thinks sadly

I'm not blaming him for being a bit rubbish. I'm simply saying we shouldn't be going into the season with him as our starting RB.

If anything at this point if he's not completely awful people will be very happy given their low expectations. Look how long it took people to turn on Stek.

He probably is better than Holgate who proved last season can't cut it in an attacking sense. No shame in that. I never thought Stones was good enough to be our RB cover either. I would love to see another academy kid come through but I don't think Koeman rates the other two kids.
