I haven't listened to that album in decades.....The Wrong Child is a brilliant track.

Siguardsson isn't dross. He would improve our team with or without Barkley in it.i would rather see all of our U23's given a go than suffer dross like cuca and gylffi
Absolutely nothing wrong with having an opinion about the player, and you're fully entitled to your opinion, which has some merit, but Koeman must feel differently. Personally, even at his age, I would have gone for Zabaletta...a veteran who can still be very useful. I notice that West Ham have gone for him despite having signed Byram(?) last season. I seem to remember Hibbert playing well as a stop gay centre back a couple of times, and as for 'letting us down'...Hibbert was an excellent old school tackler but was not too good going forward, so you're not really comparing like with like comparing him with Coleman. From the beginning to the end of Hibberts career 'the game changed'.
Do we judge ambition on squad players now? If so, I shudder to think the level of ambition that City showed when they signed Richard Wright.
It's not my favorite album of theirs but there are some excellent tracks.
Well he is better than Kenny and holgate, far worse than Coleman. OK as a squad player. But sad fact is we will start next season weaker in RB than we did last year, depressing slightly.
LOL he isn't better than either kennyt or holgate mate.
Any team in the league would take those two if we released them on frees, Martina has zero interest after being released at his supposed peak by a mid table side he was 3rd choice at.
Holgate and Kenny the worry is they are targeted by teams looking for our weak /inexperienced link. Martina only marginally better I would say. In any case, if we want to be a side contending for the top then we should be playing experienced proven quality players in all positions, not fielding half a dozen youngsters who may or may not be good. We drop points when we experiment when we could buy in proven quality (though that is not turning out how we would like either ha!) .
This year was ok to play all the youngsters since we had nothing to lose in the league once we had secured Europa.
Yes it's nice to bring up players through the system and occasionally we find a gem. But given the choice I'd prefer spending 20 million + on a proven player for any position!

Holgate holds his own as a full back, especially defensively. He's not great going forward granted but he's still a far superior option to Martina.
Honestly Con, I'd rather see Besic or Davies at right back than this clown

..if my memory is right, Besic played there in the semi final against United and was poor. Might be wrong, though.
