He tried once right at the start of the window and there was an unconfirmed rumour for a player you can't name at the end of the window. I'll concede that. Will you concede that that doesn't seem like a "priority"?
So two attempts during the window, one attempt being the first signing that fulham broke the bank to undermine is not prioritising?

If players wont sign or clubs are hell bent to keep at all costs what more can be done please?

Have a list of more than two players, plan carefully before the window opens and secure your targets.

If we don't sign a right back this summer will you accept that there just wasn't anybody suitable available? Or will that be a failure of recruitment? If it's a failure, then why is it a failure next summer but not last summer?

I understand your point but what if it happens agin in the summer ? Young lads are not going to come are they ? Unless we get rid of Moyes' favourites who would want to come to sit on the bench ?

To be fair when they brought on Mateta they did step up. Thats why they ended the game well. Sarr was great too.

Looks like Strand Larsen and Johnson could be 70 million straight in the bin.

Well, we can't try and keep ashley young this summer as mr versatility.
I expect coleman is done.
I expect patterson will get a move.

That's a lot of weekly wage budget suddenly freed up.

We haven't flirted with relegation this summer and have played some ok stuff in parts.

I reckon we get another Grealish loan. Striker will see movement. I'd be happy with a capable mid 20's RB that can hold his own. We've been spoiled with Coleman, Digne and Baines. Has shown up the paucity since.

I'll accept it is a WC year and that'll skew the window like that bullspit* club world cup did last summer.
