Some rain about tomorrow. England need to push on a bit I think.England will win now. W.Indies batsmen have feet of clay and I don't believe all the guff about OT being their second home.

Then again, aren't the other players also culpable. Sibley has just got his century and the camera panned to the dressing room. There is a sign that clearly says 'Maximum occupancy 18, Social distancing, etc' yet Root and Denley are stood right next to each other. Sibley and Stokes had a man hug on the wicket. It's all a bit odd.Fully agree, the difference is stark and the treatment of the two sports quite different too. Unfair or not, and it isn't, cricket has to live by different standards to get the go ahead.

I agree but why bother having a sign saying 'social distance' then? Anyway, 240+ and counting for 4th wicket. Windies must be devastated.Yes but it's degrees of offence surely, if you think about it all the players who enter the biosphere Covid free should not be able to infect each other if they avoid contact with the wider community and obey all the instructions about keeping outside contact out. Sky interview players through the player cam as their commentators aren't part of the bubble.
It's about getting permission from the authorities to play any tests this summer. The tourists, Pakistan too, are taking extraordinary measures to provide the opposition.
£380 million is vital to keep cricket going and especially the counties which depend on test match revenue. It's unfortunate the authorities have to have cricket bending over backwards when they're far more lenient elsewhere but that is the reality.
