Club cricket started today and some good stories

Mike Atherton reading out about a Gavin Hope from Ashford in Kent started the day badly by arriving late for his game, then proceeded to bowl 5 very expensive overs taking no wickets for a mammoth 68 runs including 10 wides. Didn't bring any food, batted at number seven where he was run out without facing - and to finish on the right note found he'd split his trousers trying to make his ground.
