For example no point locking down until June anyone but the elderly/most vulernable if testing shows millions of the working population have already had it and can resume work/back out into public.

On the walk of the day at the moment, some bizarre scenes.

Strangest so far is me and an 87 bus taking the same time to get from Vauxhall Bridge to Lambeth Bridge, me walking and him going to one stop at 10 mph, waiting 90 seconds then going to the next one, waiting another 90 seconds and so on. There was one passenger aboard who looked bemused.

I'll be on 65% of my wage from the end of this week and our lass is on 900 euro a month from the city cos the schools are closed.

I am not as tactile a person as many but it would be very sad if one of the legacy's of this outbreak is that we end up elements of social distancing remaining in society after it has settled down. I remember that Stallone film Demolition Man which was set in the future and human beings had stopped having any physical contact for hygiene reasons.
