The countries that are coping best seem to have had the most prolific testing policies and resources, there will be other factors I'm sure but it is clearly a useful tool

So, by the looks of it, I'm not going to be entitled to anything from the government's self-employed support scheme, as 50% or more of my profits from 16-19 tax years didn't come from self-employment.
Despite the fact I've now been self-employed for a full year, yet they won't have any record of that as the tax year hasn't ended.
