Tell you what, lids... I've been on lockdown for 10 days now and, financial considerations aside, it's a pretty decent screw. No office, no commute, get up when you want, time to exercise (inside or out), do what you enjoy. I find it much more enjoyable than going to the office every day. My depression and anxiety have eased a lot in the last couple of weeks. I've been spending time cooking and writing and loving it.

I know not everybody will find it liberating and enjoyable but theres different ways to look at this. I will be feeling some pain at the end of april but for now, I'm trying to enjoy the moment and appreciate what I have.

People have been told to socially distance themselves if they HAVE to go out. Not counting exercise of course, which you should be able to look out your window and see if there is one hundred people you are about to come into near contact with - if so wait for a quieter period. There will be a time for a total lockdown but the messag



I'm not saying it is easy, but you have to find alternatives. If you could see the virus would you then get on the train? You wouldn't. Because people can't see something they are risking not only their lives but everyone they come into contact thereafter. It isn't worth it. If you go for the train and you can get a carriage where there are 10 people great, if you know it is going to be rampacked then you have to break that chain. We are not cattle and we can luckily think for ourselves to find safer ways.

Not allowed to exercise in Spain. But at the minute it hasn't been hard but we do have a small bit of land
