Royal mail yes I believe. I think they are classed as key workers (though maybe it's up to individual post offices whether they open or not?)

Delivery services are online shops and they are still open I believe.

They're vital.

Basically, if you need anything that isn't food (which you can obvs buy online too) then order it online. It may take a little longer to get here (I believe Amazon are going to start or have started stopping one-day delivery on non-essentials) but it should still be running.

Yeh mate these councils and other businesses still need to send bills out for council tax etc. They won’t want that to stop and give people a loophole out of paying for stuff.
