The rules in the US are that Covid has to have been a cause or contributed t the deathIt is not incorrectly, it is the rules that the doctors have to follow. Where there was a positive test within 28 days, COVID is listed on the death certificate alongside any other causes that contributed to death.
This does not mean that COVID was the main cause of death, or even that it contributed to the death in many cases. It is a concern and means we may not have the true, full picture of it's effects.
People do use accidents as an argument for how silly the 28 day rule is, in reality the argument should be those who are already quite ill and would likley have died in the next 28 days regardless, these are the people inflating the seriousness of covid, so many caught covid that many would be coincidental deaths.. I'd argue that if you counted people who have died within 28 days of catching the common cold as dying from the common cold you'd be very surprised at how lethal catching a cold is..Reckon we’ve just had the most number of accidental deaths ever recorded for the last 2 years, all coincidentally who’d recently contracted Covid, and this bizarre coincidence was replicated in all countries across the world at the same time.
No, "hit by a bus" would be the recorded cause of death, or are you just purposely being silly?Or contracted Covid. Recovered. Then got hit by a bus...
We did it in this country..No, "hit by a bus" would be the recorded cause of death, or are you just purposely being silly?

Best way to get away with it.If you're a would-be murderer, your best bet would be to murder someone who's tested positive in the last 28 days. Their death will be counted as covid death and you'll get off scot free.
Hey mate, did you have like a deep ache and weakness in your forearms by any chance? Last week i was nearly going to go to the gp thinking i had tendonitis or something but it seems to have passed now.Sorry to hear mate, if it’s any consolation or reassurance to your wife it just lasted the first three days for me and was manageable with most over the counter pain meds. I work out and and run a fair bit, so be used to a bit of pain in the muscles, but this was like a deep ache - only way to describe it, in the muscles, joints and particularly the lower back - just like your wife. Hope your daughter and wife are on the mend soon.

Wasn't particularly worried if i had it no, i was going to do one of the tests at home that the school provides for our son but just never got around to it. I felt slightly off for a day or 2 but nothing too bad. Actually just remembered i had joint pain in my thumb and fingers that I am going to hazard a guess would be how an arthritic joint would feel. For me it was a bit everywhere mate, anywhere there was big muscle group biceps, thighs, pecs, gluteus etc was different from exercise pain that are often small tears in the muscle, was more like a deep ache, kind of like back pain but in the muscles if that makes sense. Also Joints, hips and lower back, just couldn’t get comfortable, was kind of global with a few sites worse, rather than localised to a particular area. Though to be honest it was in the areas I’d usually exercise - not sure if that had anything to do with it.
Did you have Covid, seems it’s one of the common enough symptoms of Omicron, though if your worried no harm getting it checked out. To be honest I was expecting different more respiratory symptoms, then the muscle and joint ache.

Dunno if its worth getting a test now as all those symptoms have gone.
