Sheep's unfair as I won't be taking any more vaccines (and personally don't care about covid either). Pathetic maybe not so unfair ?.

Its not even worry, I just don't want more vaccines and the trade off is not doing things, but I accept it instead of moaning and thinking its some sort of conspiracy, unlike other anti vaxxers. Don't get what's so hard to understand about that...

The last Liverpool Foundation trust chief executive left the job a year or so ago to take up a similar role in Dubai.

As important as that job may be , it has a ridiculous turnover depending on location in the country. So in terms of the NHS , even paying so much for the role doesn't necessarily keep job loyalty or even tenure. As far as I know Liverpool are in the process of appointing their 4th chief in 3 years.

Plenty of beurocracy involved at the top that maybe shouldn't be there. @woomy says it perfectly in his post earlier about managers.

Yeah salary doesn’t guarantee that but not paying market rates does increase the risk of turnover. Tbh 4 people in 3 years would seem to indicate some broader difficult working conditions of one kind or another.

There could well be bureaucracy and will defer to @woomy as he has first hand experience.

I think £250k for what - forgive me if I'm wrong - seems to be the CEO of a Union, is a lot of money. But I know Union bosses earn a lot of money. Maybe I just didn't know how much. Now clearly I do and apparently that's just fine.

If he was on £150k, that could fund four other relatively decent-paid start up jobs within the same organisation. It could perhaps even go towards helping the organisation's aims in other ways other than staffing?

I'm sorry if that's wrong to think. Like I said, maybe I need to get real. Clearly I didn't know the going rate. I see £250k and think, wow, that's a lot of money isn't it.

A ceo in the private sector would be close to 7 figures. In certain industries well into 7 figures.

There are people a couple of rungs below ceo on 7 figures in the company I work for.

Middle management level get 250k.

You clearly just don’t read any actual scientific information. Most cases of myocarditis are not severe and people recover quickly. But clearly your word of the day conspiracy toilet paper has given you a new word.

Yeah if climate change needs to be dealt with, long haul travel and things like festivals will have to stop. No problem with my mental state, I'm completely at peace with it.

Maybe read why the AZ vaccine was no longer offered to under 40's - because the risk/reward between catching Covid and getting severe blood clotting from the AZ wasn't worth it compared to someone who's got severe underling health conditions and/or considered elderly/at risk age.

But keep preaching your booster shot for all for life propaganda based on politics not science whilst the rest of us deal with facts.

If I had a kid named Jimmy and I was concerned about him getting irreversible damage to his heart from myocartis that would be just one more argument for getting him vaccinated as the chances of a kid not getting infected when attending in person school seem very minimal.

I’ve literally presented you with facts a number of times. You never offer any evidence to back up what you say. Anytime you get called out you move from under 40’s, to under 30’s, to under 21’s and the latest 19 year olds.

You posted a bunch of stats yesterday about adverse affects from the vaccines. But didn’t give any information on the age of the people that had those symptoms.

If you believe in the stuff you post, then back it up with proof. Otherwise you will continue to come off as an utter bell with an agenda
