Why not? As per, there probably isnt 1 single reason why some European country's are now having cases well above our recent peak, (and are still rising), while we are falling. So if said Country's jab timings have compromised its effectiveness, I would suggest thats a pretty good place to start looking as to why cases are going north.

I can't speak for other countries but Germany is down to the fact that there are so many unvaxxed. Massive percentage of those in hospitals haven't been jabbed at all.

Yes but I don't think the spacing of jabs is a factor in Germany at least.

Holland are around 85% double vaccinated?? And going into lockdown lol

They are about 70% double vaxxed. Not necessarily advocating the lockdown but that’s a pretty big difference

I havnt a clue what their/your spacing was, but apparently, Germany and UK have identical % of vaccinated population. The vast majority of UK hospital cases are non vaxed as well.

Like I said, it could be all sorts, including weather, (been very mild here for weeks), UK having had more community cases over all, so more natural protection, and/or just our old friend, timing.

Germany quite considerably worse unfortunately and Delta is very effective at hunting out those who are not protected by either vaccination or prior infection.

Aren't there towns in the east where vaccination rates are really low? I know in Czech nearly all of those in hospital aren't vaccinated and they've run a controversial ad campaign featuring various dead people to encourage people to get jabbed.
